ECSPR
European business crowdfunding
Scope
Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 sets an EU framework for investment-based and lending-based crowdfunding for business financing. It includes provider authorisation, operational rules and investor protection requirements within its scope.
What this means
Relevant providers need the applicable authorisation. Offering documentation and investor safeguards depend on the service. Access to software or a startup directory alone does not establish regulated status.
These notices explain EU frameworks. They do not certify Pynn or any tenant as authorised. Confirm the responsible entity, permissions and availability with the provider before using a regulated service.
